If you suspect your child has a tongue tie, therapy before and after the tongue tie release is crucial to learning correct oral motor skills to facilitate breastfeeding, bottle feeding, eating solids, speaking and breathing.
Stretches and exercises not only teach correct oral function, but also prevents reattachment. Active wound management is integrated into therapy to facilitate the healing process.
